Terms and Conditions - Annual Membership Payment Policy

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of an annual membership ("Membership") with Flyfish Club ("Company"). By purchasing a Membership, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

• Membership Term and Payment Obligation

• When you purchase an annual Membership, you are committing to a full year term.

• Payment for the entire year is due at the time of purchase unless a separate payment plan has been selected and/or agreed upon. 

• You are obligated to pay the full annual fee, regardless of whether you decide to cancel your Membership at any point during the year.

• Cancellation Policy

• If you choose to cancel your Membership within the one-year contract term, you remain responsible for the full payment of the annual Membership fee.

• Any outstanding payments due for the remaining months of the contract will be automatically charged to the credit card on file at the time of cancellation.

• Payment Processing

• Payments for Memberships are processed securely through our designated payment gateway.

• By providing your credit card information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount for the Membership fee.

• Refunds

• Refunds or partial refunds for canceled Memberships within the one-year contract term will not be issued.

• Membership Benefits

• Upon payment of the Membership fee, you will have access to the benefits associated with the Membership for the entire duration of the term.

• Changes to Terms

• The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms or discontinue the Membership program at any time, with or without notice.

• Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By purchasing an annual Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and the Company regarding your Membership.
